1. Company Information
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by MEDICALOER TECH SL, a company registered in Spain with company number B86405579, with registered address at C. José Ramos y Guillén, 18, Teatinos-Universidad, 29010 Málaga, Spain. Contact email: [email protected].
2. Services
MEDICALOER TECH SL provides online digital services including, but not limited to, custom web development, mobile application development, e-commerce solutions, SEO and digital marketing, UI/UX design, cloud infrastructure, API development, cybersecurity audits, database architecture, and IT consulting. All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are sold or delivered.
3. Orders and Payment
Submitting an order form constitutes an expression of interest, not a binding contract. Upon receipt of your order, MEDICALOER TECH SL will contact you via email to confirm the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms. Payment arrangements will be agreed upon individually prior to commencement of any work. Prices are quoted in euros (EUR) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the deliverables as agreed in the project scope. MEDICALOER TECH SL retains the right to use the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. All third-party libraries, frameworks, and tools used remain subject to their respective licences.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
MEDICALOER TECH SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the delivered services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation terms will be specified in the individual project agreement. In general, work completed prior to cancellation will be invoiced at the agreed rate. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, Spain.
9. Changes to Terms
MEDICALOER TECH SL reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
